regenerative & no-till FARMING
Development
Afriponics has become a dedicated entity, strategically positioned to confront unemployment challenges in South Africa, with a primary focus of Small-scale Agriculture business for vulnerable groups.

Specializing in small scale agribusiness, the gap between the Home-grower and Commercial farming, Afriponics pioneers wide and comprehensive training and mentorship programs to fill this void.

By showcasing untapped opportunities we are able to empower the most vulnerable in society, from unemployed individuals, women, young people and those with disabilities.

The company leverages sustainable agriculture practices together with entrepreneurial drive to catalyze positive change, promoting self-worth, self-reliance and economic independence.

Accredited Training:

Afriponics is an AgriSeta training provider.
In addition, together with The AgriWise Institute, we have developed exclusive training programs, emphasizing practical skills with small scale agri-business.

Participants are equipped with both AgriSeta accredited training together with sustainable farming techniques, crop management onto value chains, business development, marketing and sales, and developing their entrepreneurial acumen.

Mentorship & Support:

A significant emphasis on mentorship that goes beyond the initial guidance is crucial for long term success and we excl.

Through relationships with experienced agricultural professionals, industry leaders, and routes to market, participants not only gain the initial knowledge to start, but they have the opportunity to feed directly into an existing supply chain, often the missing link for people once training is complete.

This means from the classroom to supply, nobody is left without an opportunity to succeed.

Regenerative Agriculture:

Embracing a forward-thinking stance, Afriponics integrates sustainable agriculture practices into its training curriculum.

Participants are prepared for careers but also champion eco-friendly farming methods, aligning with global environmental concerns.

Armed with this knowledge they can actively grow in any environment and transform the un-farm-able into productive food and income producing spaces.
